Who we are

FP Decorators Ltd (trading as FP Decorators) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about this policy at any time by emailing florinpuica01091976@gmail.com or calling 07454 593793.

What we collect

When you request a quotation or contact us, we collect only the information you choose to give us:

  • Your name and, if you represent a business, your company name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • Details about your project, including any message, photos, plans or links to drawings you send us

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use analytics or tracking technologies.

How we use your data

We use your details only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
  • Arrange site visits and deliver the work if you instruct us
  • Keep basic records of enquiries and completed work for accounting and legal purposes

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and record-keeping for our business. We will never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where your data is stored

Quote requests submitted through this website are stored securely in our website database, hosted by our website platform provider, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Messages sent to us by email, phone or WhatsApp are held within those services.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow-up questions and prepare quotations. Records relating to contracted work may be kept longer where required for accounting or legal reasons. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email florinpuica01091976@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
